09:00 - 10:00 Keynote Speaker: Dr. Tawfik Hamid

Dr. Hamid will discuss the factors that caused proliferation of Islamic Radicalism in the last few decades, the mind set development of the Jihadists and their motives. Dr. Hamid will also address the issue of Islamic Reformation and will share with the audience a strategic plan to defeat Radical Islam.

10:30 - 11:30 Mike Cutler: Mr. Cutler will focus on what he has come to refer to as the "Immigration Enforcement Tripod" which, if properly implemented could address all of the deficiencies of the immigration system as well as address other components of the immigration system that are charged with the responsibility of enforcing and administering our nation's immigration laws.

Mike will also address the issue of "Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CRI)" and the reason that the implementation of such an ill-conceived program would be nothing less than disastrous for our nation.

11:30 - 12:30 Aaron Richmond will discuss Command Policy and Procedure issues: American Law Enforcement is faced with serious challenges in their fight against"Terrorism and their efforts to maintain homeland security. Every effort is being made to improve physical security for critical infrastructure and the gathering dissemination, and sharing of intelligence by law enforcement agencies,

12:30 - 01:30 Lunch

01:30 - 02:30 John D. Hunt will speak about Terrorism Trends & Forecasts. His analysis will include recent international and domestic terrorism events and focus on the various hot spots throughout the world.that the US Government has to prepare for.


02:30 - 03:00 Coffee Networking

03:00 - 04:00 Dr. Eamon Doherty will demonstrate a digital forensic tool called " Susteen's Secure View". The audience will see the tool used to seize all the information from a cell phone and create ar report that will show the call history , photos and messages. Lastly, Mr. Doherty will demonstrate the latest feature that lets the examiner create a graph of all the people who called that or who that phone called.
